Generally it is recommended that 10ml of X-Carbon is added per 50 litres of fuel, and if more is added it has no detrimental effects.

It can be added before or after filling up with fuel via the fuel inlet or be added to storage tanks. X-Carbon works continually on the fuel to which is added.
